I am new to the forums. Found this site a while back while looking online for possible business ideas. I am an Art Director by day and do traditional design (print, identity, marketing materials) as well as a little bit of web. Used to be into much more of the web stuff back in late 90's.

Currently own my own duplex, as well as 2 income properties with my younger brother. Family is in the construction biz and father is an Architect/developer. My youngest brother is going to be opening a restaurant shortly which my fiancee will be managing.

So I am just trying to come up with that one big idea so I can get on my own. Want to get away from the design stuff, or just use it towards something else of my own.

Anyways, nice to meet you all, and ask any questions you have. Great site btw.
