    New Arrival!

So a 10 year on and off search for investors has brought me here. Tonight I sat down in the office and quized google on "where to find investors" I know it sounds like an easy question. One would assume not a difficult thing to find I mean there are people everywhere that claim to be one. I have come across many in the last 10 years who are self proclaimed real estate investors. The thing is none of them truly were. All of them in it for their own immediate personal one time gain afterwhich slipping into oblivion. To me an "investor" is one who seeks out a great investment opportunity, be it a business plan or even a person themselves. He is one wise enough to see opportunity without deciding solely based on numbers. He has to be able to see the potential in something and be willing to take a risk.

My Name is Paul Bailey, I'm 29 years old, father to two beautiful children and husband to an incredibly brilliant, supportive and loving wife for which I am the sole provider. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work, I take great pride in it, I love to create. As a matter of fact I find it difficult to sit around, I am always creating something. Im dedicated, devoted, Ambitious, full of drive and am always striving for more. I have a longing for success...I know I will be successful...Ive always known. Ive also always known I was going to have to build my empire from SCRATCH! I have been in the construction industry since 1998 so whats that..12 years. After about two I realized that I was not a JOBBER. It didnt make sense for me too be installing a floor for 400 when the client paid the boss 5,000. It also didnt make sense to me why anyone would be so excited over a million dollar retirement plan. You know thats just over 4,000 a month when you retire. Since i was the youngest electrician my seattle union had seen in some 20 years it meant I had to work longer than 20 years to retire with this plan. How poverish will 4k a month be then when i can hardly survive on that now. Social Security, na uh! not going to be there for me. No i figured if im gonna make a life for my kids and theirs to follow im gonna have to make it on my own and id rather spend my life going after it than settling into a rut where i know what the end is and it aint the life i want. I want to make a difference in the world.

I do not come from a rich family nor do i have wealthy friends or contacts but I do have vision. I am incredibly talented in many different areas, there is nothing i can not do and I will get there.

The thing is I have so many great ideas, so many things I would like to do, people I would like to help and I know we can do all of these and they would all be successfull. Add to that My wifes ambitions, abilities and wisdom and its hard to imagine we are not doing ALL of these things right now.

There are days we both fall victim to shame over the fact that we are not. Maybe some of you can relate to that. But we are opptimists and dreamers so we dont stay there long because we can feel it in our bones that our time is near. You just know it. If we just had a little boost, if we could line up money and credit at the same time, if we just had enough to get these things off the ground. An extra 5k-10k is all it would take for some ideas. It might be more difficult but we could do it. Other ideas, truly multi million dollar ideas would require closer to 100k but these are truly the sure things. There is no doubt.

If you have made it this far I commend you, thank you, a long intro i know but it did say introductions and you cant learn much about a person in a sentence or two, it would take pages and pages so let me wrap this up for now and see how you feel about all this. I'll leave you with a taste of what some of these "things" that i keep talking about are.

You want to build a roaring fire you have to have fuel. So for a guy great with his hands a true creator and crafsman educated in multiple areas of construction and an eye for real estate. The buying and fixing/developing of properties is a no brainer. I believe the most self-made millionaires in this country did it in real estate. If i could just get together enough to complete one flip Id never have to look back. From aquisition to sale Im all i need. Contractor, real estate agent, broker its all or could all be me. From the gate I eliminate all construction and agent costs. On an average home that puts us ahead anywhere from 60 to 100k. Combine that with knowing what to look for when aquiring a property, what to focus your money on when you get it, and how to price it to sell so that everybody including the buyer wins and you cant loose. There is alot more to aquisition than just finding the right property, knowing how to work the banks and being aware of creative methods for aquiring these properties also plays a big roll in the success and profitability of these ventures. So real estate is what i have always felt was going to be the fuel to my fire producing enough funds to kick off larger endeavors. I have some extremely cutting edge visions for these properties as well that will revamp the market and head us in a much greener direction and give the common homeowner freedoms they never thought possible at the same cost to them as any other average property. A home that could literally make them money.

The real estate also ties in with a few great non-profit ideas im sure you all would love.
My wife is well versed in the non profit game. She partnered and started a non profit years ago and has a few fantastic ideas for more. Unfortunately her partner found a way take advantage and My wife is no longer apart of it. She is also extremely capable and gifted in online business solutions. Co founder of a web hosting company she quickly built her business to produce over 30k a month before a merchant issue crippled it. I wont go into any of these online ideas until she wants to offer them up here herself but I can assure you with a little funding Her and her dedicated team could make magic happen.

Biodiesel or bio fuels, heard much about it. Maze (corn) oil is obviously not the way to go although backed by many it makes a laugh out of an alternative fuel. However Algae is no joke producing over 300 times the amount of oil, and one other alternative source for making this alternative fuel is currently free. You just have to go pick it up, a little chemistry, some washing and vwala! Bio diesel at a cost of around 50 cents a gallon to produce. I have made the plans for a processing unit capable of producing over 500 gallons a day in the space of the average garage. Only needed 5,000.00 to build it, be legal and pay the right ppl to start selling it. I was led to this when i was down on my luck and posted an ad to sell the last 150 gallons or so of some old..i mean old diesel that was in our own holding tank in the garage. I posted one ad on craigslist at $2.00 a gallon and got over 10 calls a day for a month. Personally one contract with the local concrete place down the road using at least 500 gallons a day would put a big smile on my face. Thats over 300k a year And I could be the sole employee although the plan could lead to bio fuels station(s)

We got plans on everything from internet security (not what you think just cant let you know yet lol) to Game management and hunting expeditions. Do you know what i could do with 300 acres in the middle of no where. I know how to find em, raise em and take em. You know ppl pay 12,000.00 for a trophy red deer. You know how much you get when you turn it into a show, Check out the sportsman industry stats. A multi billion dollar industry. Yeah, its bigger than porn.

Any way like i said, I'm Paul Bailey and I am a success story in the making.
