I just came across an opportunity to purchase an establilshed bar/nightclub. I am looking for an investor to contribute $175k as either a loan or as a partner. I am 34 years old professional and have worked in management since I was 22. I have most of my management experience in the cellular industry, but I have also managed a bar for a nationwide chain of restaurants, and worked as a project manager. The current management at the bar has done a poor job over the last few years. My first change would be to take over as the manager. In addition to mamaging the location i would work behind the bar as well so we can keep labor down. I am waiting for the broker to call me until then I am searching for an investor.
