I just went the backwards way about things and already posted to the Inventors section... How rude of me! :P

I'm RJ. I previously worked in the IT sector but got bored of all that and quit when my partner fell ill and needed me home more, a few years back. All is much better now with her and possibly because of all the extra free time I have had (and no work stress), I have slowly acquired quite a few truly great ideas and inventions that I wish I had thought of years ago. Yeah, when I actually had funds to do something about it but no ideas! Funny that! >

I'm ambitious but extremely rational, optimistic and definitely not a dreamer. Pretty smart, fairly well connected and to whoever concerned, a damn good friend .
I just need to meet and chat with people in the same sort of mindset. Maybe team up with another decent, SANE innovator/entrepreneur? - Maybe lurk around here and there and ask/answer questions... Just whatever is needed to get into gear. You see, I've saved over the years and worked out that I can afford to stay out of paid work for 2 years, possibly 3. I've got till then to get something solid going! I need to get my empire started!... (hmm... and my wife said I can have a harem when I'm rich too... I don't know if she's full of lies, but I wanna find out!)
