As far as I know, you just watch for products saying, "Not for resell." If it's not on the product, I don't see why not sell them for a little more online. For instance, Ebay, you buy something that is in demand, sell it for more.

Are you questioning what you have to legally do to run a business online? Just get a business license and tax id and make sure to report all your earnings to the government.
