    Hi StringKing,

Glad you found YE. Sounds like you're enjoying the business but want to gain more leads and sales through getting yourself out more.

Have you done an analysis on your target market? Thought about your demographic and which mediums of advertising would work best online? What do you do now for online presence? Do you have a website, sell product solely online, etc? That would help move along the discussion I'm sure.

    Thanks

Well no analysis was done , we only can market to electrical contractors .Check out our web page jencore.net, we only have two tools were small just starting out. But we have lots of new things coming up we just need to sell some tools need some traffic to our site ? we do not have your standard tools each is new to the market and has never been seen before so no one is looking for these. Thanks for your interest in helping . we only know how to invent design and manufacture we have no background in sales or marketing this is all new to us .best to ya

    Hi StringKing,

    Thanks for the response.

The customer testimonials are great for the point you're at now, and I see them, but you may want to consider bringing them out more on the front page. First impression is everything right? Well if someone off first glance says "well I don't know their quality, performance, or who uses them." they may just bounce off the site and go back to google. If, however, you have at the least a tab for testimonials, or a window box to the right that has the first testimonial and "click here to read more from our customers..." that may create more users to do more research and contact you.

As for as online, you have to identify your market in the sense that maybe your products deserve more demonstration and face time than they do google AdWords or other e-commerce based advertising.

What you may want to try are some product demonstrations on youtube. Create a YouTube channel and you, yourself the owner, do product demos, explinations, even have a guest on, such as a well respected person in the trade. That may help.

    I will think more.

    Hi Phil-

Yes sales is always a tough part of the business if you are not experienced in it or quiet simply, are not the right personality to do so.

I highly suggest, from a social media marketing standpoint, trying the YouTube approach. BUT, what if you worked out a relationship with someone you know who is good at sales, does know well or is willing to learn about the products, and who will help you in being there with you when talking to someone regarding the tools?

It seems as thought you have no set geographical location as the testimonials are from all over. Maybe you could ask those folks for contacts in the industry and approach them with a call or email? That is why I say the YouTube video aspect would be great to send and email and say,"give it a look and let me know your thoughts."

    I'm still thinking!
