Looking for fellow real estate speculators

Hi. I live in Seattle. I know this site has a global reach so I thought it couldn't hurt to post and see if anyone here was interested in working with me. I have taken time off from real estate investing but looking for a way back in. Things are quiet here but I keep reading about speculative real estate investing going on in hotter cities and countries. I specialized in double closings with my transactions I am not interested in buying and holding anything. From my experience bubbles can be very profitable and the shorter your holding period the less likely you will get stuck holding the bag so to speak. So if you live somewhere that is experiencing a boom and can prove to me you are legit and able to help me flip land, residential property, whatever that is in demand frankly - and it's feasible we should chat.

i would love to help you out sounders, i think real estate is a great form of investing and i know that here in Brazil real estate is booming out of its mind, however though i dont have prior real estate experience only my father. dont know what i can do for you but if you have an idea, please lets chat!

Hi Jetnut. I have read Brazilians are big investors in Miami real estate right now actually. Do you have any sales experience? You probably have an opportunity to help drive investors into properties you own or represent in Miami.
