Looking for an Entrepreneur Group or people that want to start one

Hello, my name is Brett Blackman I am 25 and own a company called Affiliate Strategies Inc. (ASI) which is a business management company with a "Business in a BoX" model. I am looking for other entrepreneurs in the US who have also been successful at a young age. We currently have 25 million in revenues and 300 people in the organization. Our 2009 goal is to reach 100 million in revenues and purchase 4 more companies. We currently own and manage 14 companies and are continuing to add new companies to our portfolio. I have been attending entrepreneur groups here in the Kansas City area, but have found that I have become more of a mentor than a student. I enjoy these groups and like helping young and upcoming entrepreneurs but I am needing to be challenged, and guided through the new and upcoming challenges that we face as a company. I am looking for a entrepreneur group which is closer to our companies size as well as owners who are still younger. I have found that most companies our size have owners much older. I am also looking for a business mentor who will help me achieve the next level. Our goal is to become a billion dollar company within 5 years, so I am looking for someone who would be willing to mentor me at this level (age does not matter). Someone who will educate me on the challenges we will be going through to reach this goal. I thank you for your help in advance.
