Its only just begun! ^ ^

    Hello fellow entreprenuers! ^_^"

So to introduce myself as I plan on staying on this forum for a long time(forever?) I'm a perth, western australia based budding entreprenuer. I've only really just started to spread my wings now, I took my first investment course back when I was 18 and am 22 now. nearly 5 years on with alot blood sweat and tears I am now at a point where I can quit my "Job" and still live comfortably from passive income without getting out of bed. Am very happy but its only just begun! Theres so much more for me to do. Despite everything though I will keep working at my own pace. I'm a niche property investor, trade cfds (and sometimes options)on a weekly basis, and am in the process of starting up a online bussiness. Future plans to get into property development and to start a chain of businesses relevent to my interest.

Next year I'll be establishing my animation studio, animation is my biggest passion in life and is what I revolve around. Its actually what got me into investing. hit a turning point in life that required me to make a big decision and am glad i took this path, it wasnt easy! ^ ^ so essentially this is what drives me.

so thats me in a nutshell.
to a successful life ahead! ^_^

looking foreward to contributing to this community of young entreprenuers.

When I first started wokring as an apprentice baker, A workmate was telling me about how he was investing in property and bought 5 houses over 2 years and gave me a dvd from 21st centuary academy. after I saw it I bought the program and went to their 4 day seminar. after that I became a seminar junkie, bought nik haliks homestudy too and also massland(property trading) 2 mnths later i was trading options ^ ^ wasnt getting consistant results though... had a portfolio of about 30k trading options, making up to 8k a week... but it wasnt consistant and have since reduced my portfolio to no more 15k in cfds(and almost dont trade options at all anymore). ironically I find cfds less risk then options despite their greater leverage. Cfds are simple and cheap brokerage. In options I traded debit spreads using stocks from the ASX 50 (but I only look at about 30 of the 50 companys and dont worry about the others), Cfd's I also use the ASX 50, In the weekends I spot 5-10 companys that will have some major movement in the following week(using technical analysis) scribble it down on excel and write a little note on it. During the week I'll monitor ONLY those spotted stocks and ussually enter a trade somewhere in the first 2 days. and close it somewhere amongts the week and then on friday or thursday I'll close everything and start again. Now this bit makes all the diference>>> of those 5-10 spotted stocks I put in an initial investment of about 2-3% ($500) and then when they really start to move and I know it wont change direction I put in another 40%($6000) and I'll close out as soon as it looks like it may change direction again. so my portfolio is split like this 10x2% 9tester lots)and 2x40%(money making lots) This little system is the result of all my successes and failures... so far it has produced consistant results in the positive of 20-150% profits a week. I would say experience has alot to stock spotting/picking. and dont recomend that someone jump in and try to mirror what I do. I do this every second week as I am not the kind of person who could sit there while the market is open and monitor stocks when they are hot. I'm retweaking my options trading strategy and turning htat into somehting more passicve, where cfds is more active.

Property I invested in a niche location targeting "niche" people ^ ^" I'm a pure cashflow investor so I refuse to look at anything that is negatively geared. My houses generate a minimum of 8% rental return(sitting on 8.7% at the moment though) and (though unintended, it just happened to be so) a growth of 12%average. Niche property really is the way to go ^_^ practically doubled that of a normal house. Property is my "standing ground" and shares I only use what pocket change I have. I do believe the "real" money is in bussiness though.
