Introduction of myself and my first project

Hi all,

my name is Rick and I'm 23 year old Dutch psychology student. I'm really glad to have found this site because I was looking a while for an active entrepeneurs forum. I've been working on my first project for 8 months now and never have been so passionate about anything in my life.

The project I'm working on is called Gamersuggestions. I want to create a platform that bridges the gap between gamers and gamedevelopers. Gamers are posting countless suggestions for games on thousands of sites. The problem is that it is unclear which suggestions are popular and often good suggestions go unnoticed.

On my website gamers can post their suggestions for a game and the community will rank these suggestions with a like/dislike system. This way developers can see in the blink of an eye which suggestions are popular. Gamification plays an important part in making the website a challenging and fun experience. Market research has shown that 79% of the gamers want more contact with developers and 51% wants to play an active role on this platform.

I'd love to tell you so much more about this project, but I think this is enough for now . If you have any thoughts I would love to hear them!

It is a great idea, however this is a public forum and posting so many details about your project may bring competition to you faster than you expect it!

I do recommend to you get your platform running as soon as you can. I also recommend you to create a strong revenue plan, either being from ads, sales, or any innovative thing you have in mind.

I have a couple of ideas that came to my mind while reading your project, so if you want to hear them shoot me a pm!

I appreciate your concerns regarding the protection my idea, but we've been working on it for more than a year and it is nearly finished. Even though it may look like I've put all my cards on the table, I still have some cards in my sleeve .

I'm definitly intersted in any ideas, so I've send you a pm .
