Hello,

My name is Phillip and I am new to this site. I started my business in January 2006 selling college textbooks. I turned a modest profit for 2006 and 2007 is already starting off great.

Philip, are you only selling new? You may be able to increase your profits by buying back from your old customers and re-selling. Better yet sell the books on a consignment basis and keep 20% for yourself, the book owner gets paid only once you sell the book.
