I'm having a problem uploading my image file

I could use some help in figuring out why I keep getting the "invalid file" message when I try to upload my image file. I've reduced the size to under 100x100 pix. It's only 8k in size and it's a jpg file type. I see other images on the site, so I assume it's ok.
Any help would be appreciated. I can't find any tutorials on the site.

Im having difficulty uploading mine as well. I have changed the Image file to all different extensions and the file type required 100x100 in size and mine is smaller and still it says Invalid File??
