HI all I'm new here just not sure what I should say.
I have been sucessful investing in real estate for around 15 years. I decided to begin mentoring others and find teaching very rewarding. I do free seminars on marketing and RE Investing. Not only do I get to help others avoid the pitfalls but teaching others helps me hone my skills.
