Hello all! My name is Jennifer , I am currently in the planning phase of a website for womans couture type clothing. I am looking for designs that are different and catchy to place in my store. Quality is a biggie. I am considering possible 'consignment' of these types of items. You can keep them in your hands, then when they sell ship them to my customers. It is ok if you do not have huge inventories. I am planning on advertising, and even possibly eventually opening a retail store near the Dallas area.

I also am going to be creating a brand for the store. T-shirts, etc. If anyone feels that they could help at a reasonable price, feel free to throw me a line! Right now I am looking for plain good quality T - shirts that have a more unique cut - fitted and longer, scoop neck, etc.

I am also considering offering pet clothing, beds, toys etc that are personalized to my brand.

I am just starting up and have some capital available, but cannot afford right now to 'mass' produce these items. I am looking to create something slightly more elite, and original. The theme of the store will be glamour.

Also, I am looking for an associate in China to help me with evaluating and accessing some products that I am interested in there. I will make it worth your while as long as you hold up your end of the deal.

Great post....I am from Detroit, but spend a ton of time in China. If you are looking for some direction understanding what is available in China please let me know...I have helped a number of other entrepreneurs get started in similar businesses.

I'm in Houston and have been working on a clothing idea. If I were further along on it I think you may be interested, but I haven't gotten the design right yet. I think the concept is a killer, but I'm relying on my sister to put a great design to paper first (she's in LA acting, so shes super busy all the time).
