HI I AM VISHAL.I AM A LECTURER AND I AM TEACHING AT 10+2 LEVEL. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO START MY OWN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE..WHERE I WANT TO IMPLEMENT PROJECT BASED STUDIES AND HAVE LOTS RESEARCH DONE. ALSO I WANT TO HAVE A WONDERFUL SCIENTIFIC TEAM MEMBERS.WELL TO HONESTLY CONFESS I AM SHORT OF MONEY AND ALSO EXPERIENCE...SO I WOULD LIKE TO SEEK SOME GUIDANCE ON THIS MATTER.
