In my country, government gives out $ to support businesses..
It is the business owners who rejected the $ here..

They simply refuse..
Reasons I gathered so far:
1. We got investors with us so we do not need the extra free working capital..
2. We do not know how to handle extra $ so don't give it to us..
3. We don't know how to get it and we don't care if we know how to get it..
4. We do not want extra help.. We are good enough ourselves..
5. We suspect that the government is scamming us..
