    This is a great forum and one that I identify with closely - small business, big vision.
    Im a Brit living in France and have been involved in quite a few business ventures, and still am. I thought it would be nice to share my experience a little bit.

    I was born being involved in business. My folks were business people, they built from the ground up, so as a kid I worked with them. Then I had a stint in accountancy, auditing, which brought me into contact with lots of other peoples businesses.
    But I needed to do my own thing and eventually, having tried various things without much success, I set myself up in the tourist industry in france working very much on the internet.
    The internet is the way to go Im convinced on that.

    My latest one is office desks. Having spent most of my waking hours at a desk I decided that this was a good business to get into. I know im not supposed to self promote so I wont post the website address.
    I love new projects, I love the entrepreneur thing, thats what gets me out of bed in the morning!
