Hi,

My name is Robby Rao, I am a university student and the son of a small business owner. I have helped my father run his mechanic shop for the past five years and have learned a lot. I hope to learn more from this forum and the experienced people here.

I have created a site called bizpals.com, to help my fathers business and all other small businesses. I noticed during this economic period that the reason for the continued success of many businesses is their strong loyal customer base. This base is slowly established through great personal service and the development of trust between the customer and the business.

The purpose of bizpals.com is to increase the speed and range of this process. It helps small businesses extend their personal service even further and facilitates communication with their customers. I hope you give it a try and please send me your thoughts.
