Learning is best defined as a relatively permant change in behavior.

One of the few things I remember from College is the definition of Learning.

One professor liked to always add to the textbook definition.

Leraning is best defined as a relatiely permant change in behavior that includes the performance on a test.

When I was 16 there were just a few internet connections. I had to go to the University library and wait in line for over an hour just to get on for a few mintues.

Amazing how things have progressed!!!
