This seems like a really good group of people here and I'm excited to jump in.

I've been playing around with websites for a while creating and running a few sites where charity groups can post their raffles for free (oldcarraffle.com and harleydavidsonraffles.com). It's fun but not very profitable.

My background is in real estate and custom home building so I'm looking to build on that in the online world. I'm new but ready to learn!

I've just partnered with a local builder with over 40 years in the business. We've just completed our first ebook and have the next two in the works.

I'm putting together a website, newconstructionadvice.com where I hope to get this builder and local expert tradesmen (like painters, sheet rockers, framers and so on) to share their tips and tricks and produce some how to videos. Thats for down the road.
