Hello everyone, this seems like a good community to learn about starting your own business.

I've been wanting to have my own business ever since i was younger. I want to start an ecommerce video games and anime business and if everything goes I would like to open my own store also. I've been doing a lot of search about starting an internet business I've been search for months. Within the next month I will then build my own eCommerce website which shouldn't take long. Any advice any procedures i need to go by on starting a online business... anything at all would help

Camstah, I believe Anthony would be a great resource for you. He does Internet Marketing and has 5 years of expertise in the business. He introduced himself here in this forum if you wish to contact him. If you have never run a business before I would suggest you take a course in Entrepreneurship. Having a great idea is a start but you will need to build a foundation of knowledge in order to be successful. I hate to put a shameless plug here but my company has an online course in Entrepreneurship that is geared towards young business owners. When you get a moment take a look at the site (listed in the signature) and see if you are interested. Whatever you decide I believe this forum will have a wealth of resources from which you can benefit and if I can help in any way please feel free to contact me.

Kevin, thanks so much for the information. That was really helpful. I took a look at your site and I'm very impress. I'm very interested in taking courses but I just graduated yesterday of obtaining my BS in Computer Science and I'm not really looking forward to going back to school anytime soon. I do plan to go back in a year or two and your courses seems like the right path for me to take. I will let you know. As for Anthony how can I get in contact with him, what's he's username?
