Hey guys! Nice to find you all!
Hi guys! I'm Jeremy, but many know me as Jay. I'm currently a full-time student and live (for most of the time) in downtown Milwaukee (but I'm from Chicago...dont forget it lol). I'm here simply because of my 2nd greatest passion, and goals which is being successful as an accomplished entrepreneur.
After college, I wll basically make my living by taking risks in the beginning furbishing much investment efforts, as well as jump starting the businesses I want to start (and eventually build them, run them, and sell some). Also, I am part of the new generation of people who do not want to work as an employer at all (and if I do, only for a short time for backbone support). One of my "Dream careers" to experience is in advertising and marketing...but instead of being an advertising agent...I'd rather be the founder and owner of a small but successful advertising or marketing firm [in part, to my other business ventures].
So, anywayz, I'm looking forward to learning, networking, and befriending many of you who have similar goals as myself. I'm sure it is fun here, as well as helpful.
Feel free to PM or IM me anytime guys!

Thanks buddy. Business is a huge part of my life, and I've quickly come to learn that the career and business world is experienced hugely different from teens to young adults.
You know, I just saw a commercial for the 9'oclocks news here (FOX news Milwaukee) that said "see how a teenager became a millionaire". lol so ummm....Im going to watch that, and pass the info along, and follow that kids path lol.
Besides, more and more our generations are becoming more independent and taking more of an entrepreneurial lifestyle, instead of the traditional 9-to-5 employee lifestyle as the we watch those ahead of us be laid off by the jobs they thought they were to retire from.

Thanks so much
Im going for my BA in Business, with marketing and technical communications minors. Believe it or not, I was tried mechanical engineering for a quarter. But, I quickly recognized that I would go nuts in the engineering world.
Business is more for me. I'm hoping to take more courses in PR and advertising during graduate school. Unfortunately, the business school doesn't offer those specific courses yet. Im still loving my marketing classes however. Fall qtr. will be the first qtr that I didnt have anything surrounding marketing haha

Hi, I am doing electrical and electronics engg and to be honest I dont like it as much as I did before the course started. But sometimes its a bit interesting except the digital circuits designs. I am a business enthusiast as well but need a proper guidance to excel.

Oh, yea I was a Mechanical Engineer for a quarter lol. I dunno if I mentioned that here?
Oh yea, I go to the Milwaukee School of Engineering and Rader School of Business in downtown Milwaukee, Wis.
If u want to be an ME, CE, SE, EE, BE, IE, etc. etc., then I suggest u REALLY look at us as well. We are among the top in the country. It's small, but highly technical and etc. etc. And actually, there are many engineering students who persue something outside of engineering by their Junior year. Engineering is one of those things that u have to really really really have a passion for and nothing else lol. Cuz, I see the personalities who graduate from here and persue an engineering crew....and they are alot different than those who "liked or were very interested in engineering" but not enough to persue it longterm. I only found mechanical engineering...well its sorta long story lol. One of my friends used to be an ME, who became a software engineer, but his internship was an IT/MIS job, and he's been there for 2 years...so he became an MIS major at the END of his junior year lol. It sounds really late...but its what he reeally loves and is doing a fantastic job at the company he does it for.
