Hey
Hey, my name is Russ Wiles and I am a 20 y.o. entrepreneur from Richmond, Virginia. I currently have a real estate business where I am buying up homes and renting them out. I really want to do other things so that I can successfully diversify my money. I also own a community website that I am selling. Anyways, that me.

Things in Richmond are amazing. The market is slow for those that flip homes but I am buying foreclosures and RENTing them out. So I am doing really well right now. I would like to find other ways to invest other than real estate but I cant seem to find how the other businesses bring in as much money as real estate does over time.

I know exactly what you mean. I can't find anything else that pays as well as real estate investing. I do rehab projects in Dayton. I hold because just like Richmond-sales are slow.

I do lease options and rentals post rehab. I do buy the REO properties for around 10K and fix up for 10k that are worth up to 80K.

The plan is just tripling the production while I wait for other ventures next year. Good luck to you.
