I've got 20 posts but I can't seem to add my signature. How many posts do you need?

Hm.. I am in this problem too and seems many still can't get URL in signature with 10 posts exceeding.

Does anyone have a definitive answer for this. I have 20 posts but I can't see how to post url link in signature. Am I missing something? I can wrap HTML code around but it appears with a wrapped in HTML block, which is not what I want.
