Hello. I am new to this forum site and have found great inspiration so far, so I figure I will put my business out there and see if you have any thoughts or ideas. I have always wanted my own business and I think I might be onto something but would love feedback.

Over the past 3 mths. I have been working to start a mini pie business and I now have an inc. and I am sending off my recipes this week to get nutritional analysis and labels.

What I am really interested in is learning is the best way to ship frozen pies. Any ideas to keep costs down?

I want to start small and learn all I can and have this business to cater to local shops, restaurants and events (weddings, corporate parties ect.) Then after it grows and I have clientele go for high end grocery stores and mass production. Right now, I am working with no capital and taking it slow.
