Hello From Wales! My Introduction...

Hi there

Just wanted to briefly introduce myself here as I'm hoping to be an active user on this forum and get and share as much advice as possible, as well as network and make connections with others on the same bandwagon.

I am a British/Welsh 21 year old recent Graphic Design graduate from a strange little city called Swansea in Wales. I'd also like to take this opportunity to stress that Wales is a 'country within a country' and is NOT part of England! Just had to get that off my chest!

I have been studying and practicing graphic design for years non-stop, however I am yet to find the ideal full time job. Although I love graphic design, I can't see myself working full time as just a designer forever. I am extremely interested in entrepreneurism, business and the simple idea of working for yourself and making your own money. I'm just not one of those people who feel comfortable working for others and want to do something about it!

Anyway, I have many, many different business ideas which I'm yet to put into practice, plus I'm very interested in learning other/new ways of working for myself and making money. I hope this forum will be able to assist me in kicking off my self-employed career.

So yeh I guess I should take a bow or something now!

Havn't read many as yet, not much of a book reader (have slight mental issues but won't go into that now!) but I have looked at a few including the Beermat Entrepreneur, Richard Branson books, etc. I do most research and studying online.

Guess I'd better get all the books out then!
