Hello from the USA

I am a 19 year old college student (not this semester though) I recently opened a full service dental lab but our specialty is dentures. My father has over 30 years experience in the field and owned a dental lab most of my life so he trains and supervises my employees. My main job and goal is to attract clients (dentists) to send us there "cases", set up meetings, put out advertisements and basically bring in the money. Even though my name is listed as the sole owner of the Dental lab I split my prophets 50/50 with my father because without him, his tools, his office and his expertise I wouldnt own a lab. I joined this site to maybe network with other people in a similar field and to recieve ideas on how to bring dentists to my lab or even just get them to hear me out. So if you have any ideas, shoot me a message or something.
