Hello - From the Republic of Texas

Hi,

I am from Texas. A few years ago I owned a business, let it go, and went back into the employee world. Now that I have thoroughly licked my wounds - lol - learned my lessons, I now plan to go back into the entrepreneur world full blast. This time I have no money, no credit, and not assets. I look forward to the adventure. Based upon my past experience (and lack of funds), I believe it will take me three years to have yearly gross receipts of a million a year. Once I achieve this, then I can really grow. Having learned some hard lessons in the past, I am excited about the future. Sometimes one must go through the rain storms before they can experience the rainbow!

Hi

Last time I simply had a Jantitorial service. I had little money but somehow (by God's grace) acquired enough business in 90 days that we had contracts that would be giving us $225,00.00 per year. This time I want to think large corporation and franchising.

You do realize that fillerupclub is a pyramid/ponzi right? Are you ethically okay with the fact that people YOU bring in, are more than likely to LOSE their money to pay for YOUR gas?

I must laugh...

1. Filler Up Club, especially FillerUpClub Double Team CO-OP, is not a pyramid scheme. This tells me that you do not know the legalities differentiating between legit MLM programs and pyramid schemes. If you did, you would not make such a claim. It is important that one does their home work before offering unfounded criticisms.

2. There is no credible evidence that the Filler Up Club is a ponzi scheme either.

Are you ethically ok with making claims that you cannot prove?

I must laugh as well.

1. ACN is a "legitimate" MLM program, yet is a pyramid in that it uses money paid by the representatives ($500 on sign up and $149 a year there after) to pay for the luxurious lifestyles and bonuses for the people at the top. So yeah they are legally legit, yet still a pyramid (in my opinion.)

but really number 2.....

Why is it up to ME to prove that FillerUpClub is a ponzi? You are the one (rather FillerupClub is the one) that is telling me that I can save 50% off my gas! Let me ask you this...

Can they offer you 50% off your gas bill if they take out the "referral" part of it? what about removing the membership fee? Can they still offer you 50% off?

Can you prove to me that FillerUpClub is not a ponzi?

I am ethically okay with asking the questions that need to be answered. I'm ethically okay with taking things NOT at their face value. If someone says to me "you can save 50% on gas" and then asks me to pay $10 a month and refer other people... I'm ethically okay with saying "where is this 50% coming from?"

I feel this thread is getting way out of hand. That thread probably didn't need to be created; and linking a reference link is against TOS I believe. In these threads anyways. There is a subforum for that.
