    Hello from the GrapevineCommunities.com

We are a growing family of independently owned and operated web based community sites known as Grapevine Communities. We are growing all across the US and looking for new owners in strategic markets.

If you like B2B sales, ad sales and building relationships with-in your local community then we want to talk with you.

The ability to create a long term residual 6 figure income base, through dedication and commitment, is very real.

As the owner of a Local Grapevine Community you should plan on hiring an extensive sales staff if you want to truly capitalize in your local market.

For more information and details please visit Grapevine Sales or just pick up the phone and call our sales staff toll free at 1-877-651-Vine(8463)

Welcome to YE.com - Glad you picked up on the ANNOYING ads. What do you find more annoying? The banner ads (sometimes leading to MLM's and other immoral scam sites) or the rollover text that you mistake for a link or just accidently roll over and click. UGH!

Anyway, if you have any questions, I'm always here, but lots of other people to ask too.

I have always found them to be annoying (and I'm in the advertising business).
    I know I read somewhere that something like 70% of people prefer not to visit sites that due text ads......there like avoiding little land mines.......:}

Here's my list of annoying ads, from worst to least worst. (hah)

    1. Youtube Video Ads. -- Mainly because I have a slow internet connection, so I find myself buffering the advertisments. Sometimes they do a 30 second ad for a 1 minute video. NOT COOL.

    2. Roll Over Ads (text) - only because it's hard to avoid and disguised as links.

    3. Roll Over Ads (video) - it either covers the entire screen, or moves the content down, and then moves it back up once it's closed. Unnecessary and intrusive.

    4. Google Ads - 90% of them are scams "make $400 a day from home!" etc...

    5. Google Banner Ads .... again its just the quality of the ads... UGH.

    -----

I would love to discuss with you more about the advertising business. I plan on being very much involved in this industry and would love to know what advertisers are looking for in terms of value.

I heard that PlentyofFish.com makes millions of dollars a year in Ad Revenue yet they only have a CPM bidding model. Inspirational stuff!

Feel free to PM me if you want/can... I think you may need 10 posts or something. Or you can email me.... simplyfreegas(at)gmail.com

Truthfully, I don't think most advertisers really even know what the're looking for......sometimes what they think is a value really isn't, like Google ads and Facebook advertising Stumble Upon and so on.

Thats one of the focus points of the GrapevineCommunities.com.......Introducing the world of advertising and social media into the local main stream.

Yeah, how Facebook is making over a BILLION in ad revenue from the crappy little side ads, is beyond me. Unless it's sheerly a numbers game. 500 million viewers, ehhhhhhhhhh still. Not a big fan of Zuckerberg... esepcially after the new "buy now, pay later" for virtual currency! You can now get into a virtual debt but with real money. So sad.
