Hello from San Diego!

Hey Everyone!

I'm new to the forums, I wanted to reach out my hand and say hello to everyone. I've been on and off reading threads and decided today would be the day I sign up and introduce myself.

I'm currently 22 years old, I've worked almost all of my life. I went from being lazy at age 18 to achieving almost anything I wanted in life. Currently I've reached a point where things haven't been excelling more then I want but the opportunities I own are still here for me.

I started my own brokering business when I was 20, buying clothes from wholesale's and trade-sites and re-selling them or brokering huge amounts on eBay. That lasted for a good year, I was making good money but the problem was I needed more money to keep up with the clothing business and buy larger stocks of clothing and styles changed almost too often for me to be able to catch up. The internet bidding business starting coming across some tough competition but I hung in there as long as I could.

I was always brought up to believe that things might be given to me but never knew how to go get it myself. After isolating myself for a while and living in the worst condition that I can live in did I realize if I want anything in life it meant pursuing it. Thanks to the help of Tony Robbins at age 21 I worked so much on my Resume, I had jobs in mortgage industry and insurance business.

I now, at age 22... work for a biotech company. I've been working here for over 2 years now but I'm always looking further to push myself and see what else I can handle in life. I can't ever let myself get comfortable =)

hello and welcome to the forum. i am a new member to this forum as well and have a similar story to yours except i'm in northern california. i began selling shoes instead of clothes, but business was good until i decided to dedicate myself to excelling in school. glad to hear that you stuck it out and that you have a good job now
