    Arrow Hello from Maine!

I just want to introduce myself! My name is Clare and I'm a 25 year young aspiring entrepreneur (wow, I guess I should learn to spell that first).

I recently joined a cash gifting program and I am hoping that it is my ticket OUT of my 8-5 job as an assistant hydro mechanical engineer. I truly believe it will work!

I'd love to hear success stories from everyone! So if you have one, let me hear it. It keeps my spirits up!

I hope to learn a lot here!
    Thanks!

Your day job sounds kinda cool lol. Iv heard about cash gifting. I don't know too much about it though. But good luck on becoming a entrepreneur.

P.S. I read your blog, looks good. You should put some adsense on their so you can make some money off of it. But thats if your wanting too, you could just be doing it for fun.

    cheers,

My day job sounded cool to me too when I applied for it. But mostly I'm glued to a desk. I love what the company does, just not what I do for it. So it's hard.

And it's REALLY hard to focus on it now that my heart is out of it and I'm investing so much time on the cash gifting program.

Thanks for reading my blog! I don't know what adsense is though. Care to explain?

    Thanks!

Google Adsense is ads you put on your blog or website and when people come to your blog they click on them and you get money. Adsense is free to sign up too.

    Thumbs up

Well, because I really suck at explaining things. This is the exact description given by my program, to quote Leo:

"By definition Cash Gifting (also referred to as "Cash Leveraging") is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash (strictly as a gift) and giving it freely without coercion or consideration.

It doesn't involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There's no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives.

It’s called a cash gift because that’s exactly what it is... a gift of cash.

It's certainly not for everyone and over the years, there have been many opinions and thoughts as to the legitimacy of Cash Gifting as a viable and honest means of generating cash. But at the heart of Cash Gifting is a fundamental principle that's often overlooked and convoluted with greed and the love of money.

    This principle is quite simple…

"To help your fellow man (or woman) through giving, and in return be recognized and rewarded for your participation in the giving process."

It’s no surprise that the giving and receiving of gifts can drastically change a person’s life, and despite some common misconceptions about Cash Gifting, it still remains the most popular vehicle for financial gain in the World.

In fact, Cash Gifting programs account for nearly 60% of all money generated in the home-based opportunity industry."

So, that's how Leo describes it. I thought it was completely nuts when I first stumbled upon the website. Then I kept thinking about it and it kept me up all night. The concept is really simple. But our humanity makes us question why would I gift someone so much cash? But I think the system is great and it really brings me back to how people really should treat other people.

Like that saying "Treat others they way you want to be treated." Cash gifting is JUST like that.

Once you join you're not abandoned either. There is so much help and things to learn from everyone involved.

I'm really excited to be apart of it!

Stay in touch and follow me if you want to see more. My goal is to share the whole process.

    Have a GREAT day!

    Hi Retireat26

    Welcome to YE

I would advise everyone to read - Who stole the American Dream by Burke Hedges

Then check with State and Federal Law Enforcement as it may breach some laws in some states - Also Chambers of Commerce etc

Also check the EU laws on this type of scheme

    All Legal!

Well, to those who were put off by the last post....

    Again, a quote from LEO:

    "Is Cash Gifting Legal?

This was the first thing that came to my head when I first heard of this activity: this can't be legal. But to my [good] surprise, it is, in fact, a legal activity, here's why.

In researching this activity, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.

It is NOT pyramidal, but linear in structure. There's no "fat cat" at the top benefiting from others. A person starting today can easily generate more money than someone that's been in a year. Copy cat programs in the past were closed because of this illegal structure, which we are NOT.

I also found that most well organized Cash Gifting programs use a Gifting Statement and Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, are binding agreements between two individuals. These forms are used, it's said, to ensure the longevity of a program.

Now, I'm not here to paint a rosy picture and tell you that ALL Cash Gifting programs are legal. Certainly there are some that are not. Unfortunately, there are "old school" Cash Gifting programs out there that weren’t structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure. Consequently, copy cat programs in the past were closed because of this illegal structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation.

However, in recent years, with the creation and development of the linear "1Up" structure, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other Cash Gifting structure in the World.

With a 1Up type of Cash Gifting program, there are no fancy sounding "positions" to sell, no "matrix" to fill, and there's no ever-widening base to the structure (In a typical illegal pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top and invariably lose their money)."

The team leaders of Epic can answer any more questions like this one.

    Have a great day!

Hi again, I just have three questions about cash gifting.

First, how much does it cost to start?

Second, when you get your "opt ins" who are they supposed to send the money to, you or some P.O box somewhere?

Third, have you made any money, not just in theory, but actually had a check arrive at your door?

    sk8ramp, good questions!

    1. I got started for under $300. I was very skeptical when I signed up, so I only invested at the $100 level. But the levels range from $100 to $3,500. Totally up to you and where you are comfortable. In addition there is a $67 fee to pay for the team leaders who close the new sign-ups FOR YOU. And it also covers, web hosting, the autoresponder service and the management of the back office. After that, there is a monthly fee of $27 to keep up the web hosting and autoresponder. The rest of the $300 I spent buying into co-ops offered directly to Epic where you buy in and the pros do all the marketing for you. That is how I got started.

    2. When you get people to sign-up and it comes time to send their pledge, they mail it directly to you. They have 3 days to make an overnight delievery or their account gets suspended. No random P.O. Box. It's your doorstep.

    3. I have not had my first envelope come to my door yet. I did have my first sign-up come in at the $2000 level. But your first sign-up goes over your head. It went to my sponser. You give up one person, ONE time. All the rest of the pledges will come to me. (And there are no checks in this system. All money that arrives is CASH.) So no, I'm not rolling in benjamins on my bed every night, but I will be.

If you are interested but not ready to take the plunge yet, just follow my blog and you can watch the whole thing happen for me. Or if you are interested enough to give it a try, just come in on the lowest level like I did and see if you like it.

I figure, if it makes me thousands in cash a month, it was well worth the $300 to get me started.

Hope this answers all your questions!

    Keep 'em coming!

    Enjoy your day!
