Hi, everybody.

I am new to this forum thus I've decided to make my first post in this section.

Well, my name is Max, I am 23 and I come from Belarus, but now working in Italy. I do have a MSc in software engineering. I have worked in a variety positions during the last 5 years, starting from php freelancer, java developer and now ending with project manager. I do have a good seo experience and a bunch of working projects online mainly oriented on advertising goods.

Well, I think that now I am up to start my own company.

I do have a team of freelancers and we are working for software companies in the US and India during our free time, but projects are always small. Talking about industrial experience I've dealt with large-scale projects with duration over a year.

My objective now, as I said above, is to start an outsourcing company in Belarus (may be Russia). I am looking for investor/partner here that is interested in software outsourcing.
Besides that I do have a few great(to my mind) business ideas to develop. The ideas fall to dna scientific research tools and geo-based projects.

Well, I must add that I am open to any type of collaboration regarding software development and seo services.

Well, I see 2 possible variants of partnership.
The first one is the partner that is able to bring new customers. This can be done in a way that I am open to a partnership for software project outsourcing. Partnership may start from development of a pilot project that lead to a long-term project. This variant requires my future partner to be able to present the services that we do to the market.

The second one is an investor that is able to fund development of my ideas.
Talking about the second option I must add that I need at minimum $60k(50k EUR) for the whole year to start up with 4 skilled developers. Second variant requires my partner to be able to invest.

In both variants I may take care of technical part and office management myself.

I am available to describe in detail if somebody is interested.
