Hello all.

I run an ecommerce business that specializes in automotive performance parts. And through business advancements I have obtained a few commercial properties, as well as some insolvent area businesses that i could overtake and resurrect without incurring or operating at any additional overhead cost.

Beyond this introduction, i am not here to solicit or promote me or my business, and i ask that any solicitors not contact me to do the same.

I am simply here to share my knowledge and experience, to hopefully aid anyone who is attempting to become more self sufficient. As i believe that is what a forum like this is intended for.
