Hi Everyone

This is Lee from Beijing, China. It is great that i found youngentrepreneur.com where i am expecting to meet entrepreneurs from other part of the world to exchange information, share ideas and of course work with others on some projects.

I was back to China in 2008 and have been in import and export sector for three years, my experience focuses around custom clearance, product sourcing, sales/marketing, China market-entry and etc. I am currently having a full time job in Beijing while actively working on my spare time as international business freelancer to fulfill my entrepreneur dream.

My primary goal is aiming at bringing good quality foreign product to China (fast consuming products, but not limited to it), the idea is not simply to sell the product, but to build the brand image.

Sourcing in China is another thing to which I would like to devote myself, however given the general economic background I do think my primary goal better off the sourcing one.

I am an entrepreneur from the USA with Mexican heritage. In the past couple of years I have been working with imports/exports mainly from Mexico to Middle Eastern Countries. I am in the midway of a contract to start exporting agricultural product to China in the near future (march/april). International trade is something that is very very interesting and could be extremely profitable.

Thanks for your message. I had a chance last year to meet someone from Mexica who suggested me Agave nector which is a healthy products and one of the most amazing fact is that it is totally ok for people with diabetes to drink it.

Good to hear that you started your agricultural busines with China, if anything i could be helpful, please feel free to let me know.

Actually i am keen to fast consuming products, but of course, not limited to it. I would like to work with or for someone (individual entrepureneur, supplier, trader, factory) who want to open the market for their product, not just simply give EXW, FOB price to the importer and then totally ignore them.

We are still not exporting to China but I am working something out that may lead us to do so. You have a good resume Lee, I work independently on many projects including exporting/importing, I run a magazine, stock investments, rental property, among other things.

On the exporting agricultural business we are focused mainly on animal feed like pellets and hay. However, we may partner with some farmers in Mexico to start exporting avocado and possibly mango. I know many other persons in Mexico and USA with different products ranging from tequila to curtains.

Regarding exporting to China, Basically I am product-oriented and want to see what products are available and then do the market study to see if there is a potential in China. of course, I am also working the other way around to see what is the demand of china's market and try to make business out of that.
