The project is to introduce to market energy drink created with the celebrity(her)she is famous disco music singer/artist
I have confirmation to start,I have the location where to produce and developing management team,also samples can be made..I know the price..the transport options market is known,also marketing campaign..

For the investor its 20% of profit reward as a guaranty..
Will repay the capital in 24 month investor can also stay in and keep 20% of share there are several options everything is about compromise and deal..
Professional business plan will be made in March also company will be registered then.But need to start earlyer to made pre preparations and to develop the product and cover initial costs for manufacturing..

It looks to me like you missed the boat on this investor. Maybe if you made your business plan public or at least were forthcoming with it you won't miss the next one.
