I've been involved in consulting and advising commercial landscaping, campaign advertising, sole proprietor restaurant and fast food franchise development, ownership and operation, broadcast television, magazine advertising and magazine publishing.

Although I can't take total credit for any financing obtained due to my planning alone, because I do believe it takes an accumulation of cohesive factors to entice any lender or private investor, I can claim a 100% success rate for financing amongst the ventures I have been involved with. Moreover, three companies that I have worked with have been lucky enough to sell at 1450% original investment, 4000% original investment, and just under 400% of the owner's original investment, respectively.
I've been informally and professionally advising and consulting since the late 90's.
