Well, my name is Essie Tarpley and I can promise you, I'm like no other. I work for the Alexandria Police Department and have been for 5yrs. In 2007 I co founded a non profit, Arts 4 All & All 4 Arts, Inc. It's a non profit literacy and arts program with a huge focus on early childhood literacy. The arts department is my baby. I Love IT!!
