Greetings from Craft Village!

Craft Village have exclusive WORLD-WIDE rights (from 20th Century Fox) to produce and sell our collectable hand carved statues based on characters from 'The Simpsons' cartoon.

We have been developing our sculptures and nurturing this project since 2004. Including carver training & product development, applying for and achieving a License from Fox, developing branded packaging, branded print-work, and our website. We launched recently (August 2007) and as per all new start ups there have been many ups and downs, but overall the signs are encouraging!

Our unique statues are made in Kenya under a banner of ethical & Fair Trade. We predict Craft Village will become a defining example of how business, large and small can work together to make a sustainable economic transformation in poor rural African communities.

In Kenya we currently employ approx 100 staff. We have the backing and support of various Fair trade networks, plus the Kenyan EPC (Export Promotion Council) and KIPI (Kenyan Industrial Property Institute)
