[FUN-GUYZ!]

Hello to all. I have scanned this forum for a couple of months, but only just now joined. Let me give you a brief history of myself, and ask you all a question.

I have been in the sales and marketing field my entire career and I've enjoyed every second of it. I couldn't imagine a more challenging and rewarding field (other than being an Entrepreneur).

I have also had the pleasure of being a business owner. I owned a speed shop for about a year. The shop was extremely profitable, but just too time consuming for me at the time.

Currently, I am working on a new project. The project is an ILS (Internet Listing Service) focused on entertainment, leisure activities, and events in my local area, and hopefully expanding to 5 other markets on the East Coast this year. There are a couple of key differences that differentiate me from my competitors. I don't want to get too into details at this time, but I will soon.

I'm looking to meet some fellow Entrepreneurs from the Virginia Beach/North Carolina area. I'm sure we would be able to help each other.

Is there a list of members on this site and where they are from? It would be cool to have a "cluster map" of all the members on here.

Hi Jason and welcome to YE. I hope you can connect with those in your area or niche that would help you with your plans. I would take the idea and write up a few more angles to your questions with specifics and get them out into the specific regions on YE and you should get a good response.

As you have probably seen already there is a list, but you can't see where everybody is coming from, or you have to click on every account ;-)

Would be great if it would be easier to see, like make a connection to a google map. This is not hard to do, as I have done that on my site.

Lindsay, I have seen your work and really like what you've done. I will probably be contacting you shortly to re-do my corporate identity. I hired a local designer, and to make a looooong story short, I'm very upset with the outcome. Lesson learned.

Your right, you never know. About two days after I hired this company and put my deposit down, they two owners had a huge fight...split, and left my partner and myself confused in the middle.

Do you do custom Wordpress design too?
