I'm a young Aussie (pronounced ozzy) about to launch a couple of unique companies in my home town of Newcastle, Australia. Despite having my hands full and being decidedly short on spare time, i just noticed a cool e-commerce site idea that i think could be taken to the next level and thought i might do some research to see how set and forget it could be to create and run such a site.
It is while searching for info on this particular topic that i stumbled upon this site. Its late here and sleep would probably be my best option well at least an attempt at rest while I tie all the loose ends of today and stop my brain from chasing down all the factors that have to be considered when beginning an E-biz.
This would be my first E-biz attempt, with little to no programming exp and armed with little more than a great idea, the ability to imagine the future, a warm smile, a firm handshake and the knowledge of my own ability to make things happen despite any obstacle with a death wish, that stands in my way.
I really look forward to contributing to yr forum in the near future to report my success and details of my experience of overcoming the hurdles inherent in running fledgling businesses.
If anyone has any advice, suggestions and or experience with the legal red tape involved in running a global trading e biz i would be greatly appreciative and humbly receptive. Or if anyone knows of useful sites for guiding ones first tentative steps of launching an e biz especially ones that cover the legalities from an Australian POV that would really help me immensely.
