I'm new to this and hopefully I can gain some insight into other new entrepreneurial ideas from you all and I'll be glad if I can give some back.

A quick bio about myself. I'm in my early 30's living in Southern California. I'm a Real Estate Broker Associate for the last 9 years having experience in Commercial and Residential Sales. I had invested in a few Real Estate Property in Southern Cali. and would like in the near future to be a Full time Real Estate Investor/Syndication and Developer.
