    All Muscle

Hey everybody! I'm Travis from Iowa, and I'm a sports performance coach. I'm getting my MA in exercise science right now from the U of Northern Iowa, and about 6 months ago I decided to start my own fitness/training/nutrition instructional site. Most people want to get in better shape, but have no idea how, or where to start. Many can’t afford a personal trainer, so they turn to the internet. There are tons of sites out there that claim to help people get in better shape, but most of the time their services (if you can call them that) are lacking the specific attention to each individual that is necessary to help someone achieve their fitness goals. That’s where I come in.

My goal with AllMuscle.net is to be able give members all the knowledge they need to effectively train themselves. We’ve got instructional videos, articles to explain what you need to be doing to meet your goals, forums in which you can ask questions and get advice from real trainers, and blogs you can use to track your progress. We’ve got a grocery list to help you pick out good food options, and recipes for healthy, tasty meals. You get all this for only $10 a month. The members we have love to service and are making great progress, but we’re looking to grow.

I'm very experienced in my field, but I'm relatively new to internet business. I'm looking forward to learning how to grow my business, search engine optimization, marketing strategies, etc. But yeah definately check out the site and give me some feedback!

welcome, i happen to bodybuild myself, sounds like a solid idea, have you consider adding the option for clients to log their progress and maybe pics so you can critique and modify the plan accordingly?

i would also considering offering a tour with sample videos etc..

good luck, pm me if you need any help.

Hello, welcome to the YE boards.
There is no such thing as failure, just learning experiences.

Welcome to the forum! Your site looks nice, but is it free to sign-up (cos you mention something like $10/mth)?
