I have been thrown into the deep end.

A year ago i had no concept of cheques, banking, myob, organising staff and marketing, let alone knowledge of any kind within the Aviation Industry.
A year on, jumping over many hurdles and running with gut instinct and hunger for success I have managed to turn what once was a failing business into one that can carry itself.
There is still alot for me to learn and the business has the potential to become alot bigger and more successful than it already is.

I would like to meet with like-minded people, to share ideas and strategies as at the moment I'm a lone wolf and wouldn't mind a some others to bounce ideas off.
