My last two clients were from the US, and I prefer to have clients from other parts of the world than here in my place. I think it's more profitable, plus virtual assistance is not really known much here.

Hi Virtual_Assistant!

I am proud to call myself a virtual assistant as well. I have been doing this since August 07, and I really like it. It does take some discipline being that you are in the comfort of your own home, and it's very tempting to stop working. How long have you been doing this for? I'm interested in learning about how you started this and if you are generating decent money doing this. I am a college graduate with the hopes of working from home as a Virtual Assistant.

I am also a newbie VA like you, and still has my day job. It's really true, that sometimes you feel like quitting your main job but have a little more patience, do not quit yet :-). As to income, like any other freelancing works, it is not always the same sometimes okay, sometimes not. It really depends on how much hardwork and patience you invest. But my plans is to go full time soon, this VA career is what i really like. What kind of virtual assistance do you offer? Maybe we can be a team if you are interested...

I think the VA niche is great, I have been pondering about this sort of setup for one of my businesses in the future.

Just a few questions thouugh, do you guys answer phone calls as well? Manage emails? Maybe even book jobs to a project system etc..?

One of my ideas is to have roaming IT consultants however I need a central number to call and I dont want that calling the IT guys.. would a Virtual Assistant manage this as well?

That would be great to be a team. I have only been doing this shortly but mostly marketing. I am very versatile as far as what I can do. I am very knowledgeable of the internet and different computer programs. If you would like maybe we can email each other to our personal email accounts?
