26 year old - Working on an amazing opportunity - Intrigued by this site and excited to learn from others!

Hello Everyone!

Great opportunity:
My name is Anthony and I have a gorgeous potential wedding reception venue that has been rezoned from residential to commercial. My friend was unsure of what to do with her former home that she received through her divorce. She is excited for my idea to come to reality once we get the funding to renovate portions of it for city codes. She wants me to run it since she has 5 girls and a full time job. Everyone that asks her what she is doing with the house thinks that it only makes sense to turn it into this business.

My Story in Brief:
I come from a family of 8 with a father that worked a lot. I would say my drive came about by learning and seeing others' mistakes growing up. I was the only one in the family that went to a private high school because my mother liked seeing me with my friends and the majority went on to the same private high school. She tried hard to afford it. I had to work to help pay for tuition and that began my motivation. I started working for the dj that worked our school dances and I have now been with him for 11 years(since I was 15). I have excelled in that and have met a lot of great people. A lot of them are vendors in the wedding industry. A sales manager was my full-time position with 3 different hotels since high school.

I'm excited to learn and network with everyone else on the site!

I think its so interesting that, even at such a young age, your career path has already shown a pattern. You started out in the wedding industry and are working on another wedding-related opportunity. Do I sense you'll be a wedding guru by the time you're 35?
