Hay Everybody

Just Joining the Forum I've been reading off and on for the last year.
My reason for joining is. I wanted to find some staff for my web design company.
And i liked reading all the cool post on hear. So in anybody from Iowa?

Hey! Thanks for sharing! One of the things I would suggest is that you describe your workspace and the specific needs you have. It makes it much easier for people who might be interested to choose when there is some info. Apart from that, it's often times important to have an amazing corporate culture that people feel excited about which I don't see here. What sets you apart? What types of things will get your new employees excited about with so much passion and dedication to make it BIG? Think about that!
