Hello,

My name is Jeremy. My business partner and I have been RN's for several years and have had many conversations that a lot of other people have had at some point in their lives. They start like this, "wouldn't it be great if someone invented (blank)." We decided to be that someone and started a company this summer. Our vision is to obtain patents for products that focus on patient safety in the hospital. Our experience with medical complications due to hospital-acquired infections, injuries and deaths related to in-patient falls, and over-worked nurses has allowed us to develop several product ideas that can ELIMINATE these unfortunate events. Health care is changing in this country and one of the impacts we are seeing already is health insurance companies refusal to pay for hospital-acquired infections and injuries. Hospitals all across the nation are scrambling to pinch pennies where they can, to try and adjust to the lack of reimbursement from health insurance companies. We are new to this website but extremely motivated to form new relationships with like-minded individuals who are interested in making a difference as well as generating income.
