I can create a really great plan, but I often get off course. I really don't stick to my time commitments and it frustrates me because I pay the consequences of having multiple things gone undone.
I help start up entrepreneurs step by step to create clarity on there ideas so they can have to progress and profit in there business.

Yeh, the use of lists often just doesn't work for some people, you need to be really disciplined.

What is it do you think that causes you to not stick to your time commitments and get of course?

Problems with managing myself in time? Becuase you can't literally manage time :P

I guess finding the time and energy to work on my business after work. I work from 730 - 4pm but by the time I get home I'm exhausted, even more since I workout when I get home.

Anyone in the same situation? I do work on my business on the weekends but I'd like to see how other working professionals are managing their schedules.

I would say just distractions. and at some points you just don't want to do your next task. You'd rather go what a show or something.

I think I have something that would be very helpful for you and your business. Would you like to avoid distractions and be able to completely focus on a task?

Well I have found that personal advice for a situation is a lot more effective than just any old time management advice.

So I would like to offer you a free 20 minute "get more done inside of every hour" strategy session.

If you would be interested, just send me a message or whatever, and we will organize a time to catch up over Skype.
