Advice?
Get up early, stay late :P

I use a countdown timer and block off times for extreme focus to get things done.

I also make sure to batch my tasks. I will do email for an hour a day, facebook for 1 hour, etc. but this boosted my productivity a lot so I've had more time with my girlfriend who I never got to see much of before.

Do it NOW. If something has to be done, get 'er done. Time is plentiful and the busier you are the more productive you are.

A product that I've found that really changed my life was Time of your life by Tony Robbins.

Notice that I haven't linked anything so I'm not an affiliate seller or anything

It definitely has had made an enormous improvement on my time management. I usually split my time between 2 hours for the gym, 8 hours for my entrepreneurial work, and the rest of the time to travel to college and back and study.

I used to spend atleast 3 or 4 hours of those 8 hours going on facebook, getting distracted, watching tv, but now.. I spend my time very wisely and get things done.

As for to-do lists, don't have one. Just keep your highest priorities in the back of your head, and get them done.

And as I was saying, go check out time of your life.. it costs some money, but theres nothing stopping you from finding a free download (Not that I promote illegal downloading)
