In my experience the three things you listed all stem from the same thing - Not having a clear vision for why you are doing what you are doing. The motivation to stay on track comes from reconnecting with your vision on a daily basis.

First one I identify with. Without a coach or mentor that sets you back at least 2 years or maybe more.

Most entrepreneurs don’t like to give up control of any aspect of their business. Facing the fact that they can’t do it all on their own and that they must learn to rely on others to complete certain tasks can be a very hard reality to swallow. Especially being that others do things differently then they do.
Managing cash flow can also be extremely difficult if not handled properly.
Understanding what growth really means is a really big one. Many entrepreneurs don't really grasp what growth is all about. Aside from just expanding your business or production, growth includes change, challenges, detours, and ups and downs.
